QT Office® will never sell your information to an outside party. We may hire accredited companies for research purposes, and information such as job titles, geographic area, and age may be used strictly to study and improve our service to you and other QT Office® members.

When you create a QT Office® account (via our website or the QT Office® mobile app), we collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and an internal account/user ID to set up and manage your account.

Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. Card numbers are NEVER stored on QT Office® servers. We share your name and email address with Stripe to create a customer record when you add a payment method. We also retain a record of your purchase and invoice payment history (amounts, dates, status) to manage your account and billing.

Invoices generated through QT Office® may be downloaded within the app and shared, at your choice, using your device's native share feature to other apps (e.g. email).

All data transmitted between the QT Office® app/website and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your Account page after logging in, or by contacting us at info@qtoffice.com. Deletion is permanent.
