By using any services of QT Office®, Inc. (“QT Office®”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“User Agreement”). QT Office® reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this User Agreement at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised User Agreement on our website. Your continued use of QT Office® constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Any updates, changes, or enhancements to QT Office® shall be subject to this User Agreement.
Violations of any of the terms below may result in termination of your QT Office® account. QT Office® is a positive work environment specifically designed to make the lives of Consultants, Directors, and Nationals easier. We thank you in advance for letting us serve you.
ACCOUNT
- You are responsible for protecting your account by keeping your password safe and secure. QT Office® cannot see your password and will never ask for your password. QT Office® is not liable for any loss or damage due to your failure to protect your password.
- You are responsible for all content posted, uploaded, or distributed through your QT Office® account, including content sent using QT Office® Email Marketing services.
- QT Office® recommends that you only use content that you own or have permission to use, including text, images, graphics, branding, and other materials obtained from individuals, companies, or websites.
- If a copyright owner or authorized representative requests removal of content that infringes upon their rights, QT Office® reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate action regarding the associated account.
PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
- A valid payment method is required for each account.
- QT Office® provides subscription services such as QT Office® Manager and QT Office® Email Marketing.
- Subscription billing is managed based on how the user originally signed up for the service.
30 Day Free Trial
- QT Office® Manager includes a free 30 day trial for new users.
- You will not be charged during the free trial period.
- At the conclusion of the free trial, your subscription will automatically renew and the applicable subscription fee will be charged unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Website and Direct Billing
- For accounts created directly through the QT Office® website or other non-iOS platforms, billing is processed by QT Office® using the payment method on file.
- QT Office® bills website-managed subscriptions on the 15th of each month.
- If payment is not successfully processed on the billing date, access to services may be suspended until payment is received.
Apple App Store Billing
- If you subscribe through the iOS version of QT Office®, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- App Store subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- Users may manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through their Apple Account Settings on their iPhone, iPad, or other Apple device.
- QT Office® does not control Apple’s billing system and cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple.
Price Changes
- QT Office® reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or service fees at any time.
- For subscriptions billed directly through QT Office®, pricing changes may take effect upon notice posted on our website or communicated through email or the service.
- For subscriptions billed through Apple’s App Store, pricing changes are subject to Apple’s policies and procedures and may require user consent where required by Apple or applicable law.
Service Availability
- QT Office® is a web-based service. Updates and new features may occasionally result in unintended consequences including temporary downtime, bugs, glitches, or interruptions in service.
- Encountering or reporting downtime, bugs, issues, or glitches does not entitle users to refunds, credits, or free service.
- If you experience a problem with the service, please report it to us so we can work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
CANCELLATION
- You are responsible for canceling your account or subscription. Refunds will NOT be issued because you forgot to cancel, did not use the service, or failed to cancel through proper channels.
Website and Direct Billing Cancellation
- For subscriptions purchased directly through QT Office®, you may cancel your account through the Account Page after logging in to your QT Office® account.
- If you contact QT Office® by phone or email to cancel, you should receive an email confirmation once your account has been canceled. If you do not receive confirmation, it is your responsibility to verify cancellation.
Apple App Store Cancellation
- Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app must be canceled through your Apple Account Settings.
- Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
Access After Cancellation
- For subscriptions purchased directly through the QT Office® website or other non-iOS platforms, cancellation will terminate access to paid features immediately unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- For subscriptions purchased through the iOS app using Apple In-App Purchase, access to paid features will continue through the remainder of the current billing period or free trial period already granted.
Account Retention
- If you choose to cancel your account, QT Office® may retain your information for up to one year. After that time, your information may be permanently removed from our systems.
- If you return before your information is removed, your account may be reactivated.
- Any outstanding credits remaining on the account at cancellation will be forfeited.
CONDITIONS
- You understand that QT Office® uses third-party vendors and services for hosting, storage, payment processing, analytics, and related technologies required to operate QT Office® and its services.
- While we strive for reliable service, QT Office® cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and may not be able to resolve all issues immediately.
- We only use trusted third-party providers and work to minimize service interruptions whenever possible.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account, accessing, or using QT Office®, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement.
