2. How easy is it to use QT Office?
It is very simple to use QT Office; if you can use Email, then you can use QT! It has been designed to be as easy and efficient to use as possible. Become a QT today!

4. How much does it cost?
Your first 30 days are free, then it's only $9.95 a month for the Office Manager. E-Marketing is $14.95/mon and a Unit Website is $14.95/mon. Bundle all three for just $24.95/mon.
5. Why is QT Office an online service and not software I install on my computer?
3 major reasons:

Protection - Because QT Office is based online, you will never have to worry about your computer crashing, spilling a cup of coffee on your keyboard, or getting your laptop stolen. (Or the many other factors that can set you back). All your information is backed up securely on our servers.

Convenience - With QT Office, you can access your business information from any online location via your computer, tablet, or smartphone. This means that you will not have to keep up with little paper slips. You can also send invoices directly to your customers or print them on the spot.

Updating - Since we are a service, and not just software, we will automatically update new items in your inventory, seasonal changes, or upgrades - you don't have to do anything. We can also add discontinued items that are submitted to us. Why add another item to your to-do-list?
6. Is my personal information safe?
Completely. Our server is backed up (at least) twice a day. It also has a 99.99% uptime. Simply put, about the only way our server will go down is if a meteor plummeted into all our server locations at one time and even if that happened, your information will still be safe because we have secure-vault data back up, and we will back be up in no time. Can your laptop do that?
7. Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We are so confident that you will love QT Office as much as we do, that we do not require a contract or charge any hidden fees. Furthermore, you will never have to pay any cancellation charges. You can cancel at any time at no penalty. If you like our product as much as others have, then you will share the good news with friends that can benefit from it as well. So it's a Win-Win situation all around.
8. Can I give QT a try first?
Absolutely! We encourage you to give us a try! Just click on the free trial button for a 30 day, no obligation trial. You can cancel at any time before the 30 days is up. If you decide to stay on after the free trial, you will be automatically billed each month. You can still cancel at anytime.
9. Can I import my customers into QT?
Yes you can! Instructions are provided. Just follow along with them and import away. =) There is also a tutorial video that will walk you through step-by-step.
10. Do I have to type in my inventory?
All the standard inventory is input for you. Just select the quantity and the rest is done for you. When you create an invoice, the items will be deducted from your inventory. The only time you will adjust your own inventory is when you create a new InTouch order... and you can import that too!

11. How else can QT Office help me?
QT Office has been designed for you to get the most out of your business. Some of the features that do wonders are 1. Follow-ups (that are automatically put on your calendar when you sell a product). 2. Birthday reminders - great time to offer a discount. and 3. Invoice creation - no more keeping up with paper slips! These are just SOME of the wonderful and easy to use features that help you "Get out the door, and accomplish more".
12. Can I import my information from Boulevard?
Yes you can!

13. Do you offer Unit Websites?
Yes we do. We provide Unit Websites with great templates designed for the MK world. Our websites are easy to update or you could have us do it for you.
14. What if I already have a Unit Website?
Pointing your domain name to a new website is easy (we can help).
We can also help with your existing website transfer. Please contact us to discuss what you would like to do.
15. I’d like a website, but I don't want to update it myself.
No problem. We offer website maintenance plans with different update schedules. Our plans also include access to our training center and monthly updates of your unit recognition, anniversaries, birthdays, queen of sales reports and queen of sharing reports. You can send us any files or content you would like on your website and we will add them on your scheduled website update day.
16. Can QT help me market to my customers?
Absolutely. In addition to websites we offer E-Marketing which allows you to email your customers using three types of campaigns. One Time campaigns for special promotions; On-Going campaigns for newsletters; and Drip campaigns that can be used when you add a new customer.
17. QT Office has great products. Is there a discount if I get them all?
Yes! Separately the QT Office Manager, E-Marketing, and Unit Website would cost $39.85/month. We offer a Unit Pro bundle that gets you all three for $24.95/month. That’s nearly a 40% savings! Plus you still get the 30 day free trial to try out all our products.
