Whether you attend my Success Meetings or an adopted director's meeting, when you go to area events, Career Conference or Seminar...there are certain rules to remember and abide by.  Please be aware of your actions and your responsibilities.

Here's a few things to remember:

1.  Please arrive on time...make it a goal to arrive 10-15 minutes before the meeting is due to start. Help your director set up

2.  Greet guests...welcome them to the event on the part of the unit or the company.

3.  Introduce your guests to your director prior to the start of the meeting and make sure that the guest speaks to your director at the end of the evening to answer any questions.

4.  Turn off cell phones OR put them on vibrate.  If you need to talk on the phone or answer a page, please go outside to answer the call.

5.  Please be considerate of whoever is speaking.  No talking and no interrupting.  Questions, of course, are allowed, but till the speaker is COMPLETELY finished and opens up the floor to comments and questions.
Please help your director pack up.  Things go so much more quickly if it's a team effort.

6.  If you have to leave early, please leave as quietly as possible.

7.  Be as POSITIVE as possible at ALL times. Be aware of how you phrase questions and comments, esp. if you are in a leadership role and are speaking to the group at large.

8.  Please make suitable childcare arrangements if necessary.

Although the training is free, consultants voluntarily contribute £2.00 towards the cost of the meeting room hire.

LAST OF ALL, please remember you ARE Mary Kay to the world at large; please dress and play that role well!
